Your Order

Delivery

Delivery is free.
We deliver to mainland France, Switzerland, and all member countries of the European Union.
For all orders placed before noon, shipping takes place the same day.

Returns

You can return an order free of charge within 30 days of delivery.

Please note that the bag must not have been worn. If the bag shows signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Order tracking

After receiving your order, you will receive a confirmation when it has been shipped, with a tracking link from our carrier, DHL.

Packages are delivered by hand with a signature required. If you are not there, you will have the option to choose a convenient delivery time with the carrier.

- Avoid contact with water, grease, perfumes and cosmetic products
- Avoid prolonged exposure to heat or light sources
- Do not store it in a place that is too hot, humid or unventilated.
- Store it in its protective felt

With these few tips, your MELVI bag will accompany you faithfully and elegantly for many years.

Protective felt

Each of our bags comes in a dust bag or protective felt. This soft cotton felt will protect your handbag from dust and abrasions.

We recommend storing your bag in its protective felt when not in use.

And, always make sure to store your bag in a dry, ventilated place away from heat to preserve the natural beauty of its leather over time.
